In June 30 I took part in XII Summer Space School as a lecturer. The event was held at the Samara University.
I gave a lecture on cubesat launching devices. In the main the lecture is primarily concerned with estimating the separation velocity and angular velocity (or the tip-off rate) of the CubeSat after the deployment. Three models were presented with increasing complexity: kinematic model (2D), dynamic model (2D) and a complex spatial model built using MSC.ADAMS CAD software.
